Cod fritters


INGREDIENTES: 600 g cod 4 eggs 50 g flour 1 onion (s ) 1 bunch parsley oil for frying qs salt qs pepper PREPARATION: 1. After soaking , bake cod .
2. Then drain it and chipping it also removing all skin and bones .
3. Make the batter by adding the eggs with the flour until creamy . If deemed necessary you can add a bit of water where baked cod .
4. Chop the onion finely and parsley, and stir the batter also adding cod .
5. Finally season to taste and fry spoonfuls of the preparation in hot oil .
6. Do not forget to let drain on paper towels to avoid too much oil
